Inew V3 just shutdown

So, my friend has my Inew v3, I sold it to him, and its like 8 months old.
Phone just shutdown and dont want to turn on. We have two battery orginal for V3, but it still will not work. They is no red light while charging. I try go to recovery, but stiil dead. Problem is that, that he want to save picture and videos that he have on V3. So I dont wanna lose all data. I can try flash new preloader.bin or just put new recovery right?

Hmmm... Could be your friend tried to flash some ROM or some such? I'm not calling him a liar, but it's somewhat rare for phones to just die by themselves. Though, I suppose it's not impossible.

No, he don't no. He dont even no how to install program on computer xD So I dont no what happen. He say that battery was on 30% and phone then just turn off. We try another battery and then V3 dont even want to turn on anymore. He just want to save data like picture, videos, music. Phone is rootat and has this rom installed. I installed this on his phone.

I have the same problem but my phone is falling down from my desk and now it doesnt want to turn on and still black screen. when charging no red light.

Could someone help us? my phone s still waranted and send it to china might take longtime

I dont no. This phone just shutdown by himself.
Maybe i sent him back because i have warranty too.
