I want to give you a huge thanks for all your help Cleopatra! Your are awesome! I haven't try your solution yet and I won't do tonight cause I'm tired but I'll give it a try on the next days.
Effectively I touht it was easier when I start this and for the noob I am many way to go wrong ;)

Really good post, technical dossier ... well done !
The error S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (0x13BE) happens quite often.

That's something good.
It is just a reason to rejoice, it is because SP Flash Tool have recognized your phone.

But you are trying to flash the wrong file.
At first, you should try to flash the stock firmware, not the custom recovery.

Please follow carefully the next steps :

Above all, download the latest version of SP Flash Tool :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Then, try to flash the stock firmware.

How to solve common issues :

1) Try a different USB port on the PC (preferentially the ports on the back ...if you have a workstation).
2) Try a different USB cable.
3) Ensure that the battery is charged (at least 30% ).
4) Remove the battery for 20 seconds then put back the battery into your phone.
5) a) Remove the battery,
b) Connect your phone to your pc with USB cable,
c) Run SP Flash Tool,
d) Click on "Download Only",
e) Put the battery back into your phone.

I have tried what you said (except tchek battery level as I can't cause nothing appear on the phone screen) and still got the same screen :

   

   

So I'll put my phone to charge all night and try again tomorow.

Don't worry.
Like I told you before, if SP Flash Tool has recognized your phone ... sooner or later your phone will works.

Second attempt :

1) Click "Download Only" on SP Flash Tool, and
try to press the "volume -" button before to connect your device to your pc.

If it will doesn't works,

2) Click "Download Only" on SP Flash Tool, and
try to press "volume +" button before to connect your device to your pc.

If it will doesn't works,

3) Click "Download Only" on SP Flash Tool, and
try to press "power" button + "volume -".

If it will doesn't works,

4) Click "Download Only" on SP Flash Tool, and
try to press "power" button + "volume +".

If it will doesn't works ... don't worry ... I have other solutions for you.

3) Select "Auto Format Flash",
4) BE SURE THAT "Format whole flash except Bootloader" is selected,
5) Click on "Start".

6) Then, try once again to flash the firmware (Download Only).

Still BROM ERROR 0XFC0 ???
All this happened for a reason : you have clicked on "Format All+Download".
Now you are aware of that. Next time please click on "Download Only".

Follow carefully the next steps :

1) Remove ADB, VCOM, MTK and Preloader driver with "USB Deview" :

2) Reinstall the VCOM driver :

3) Try once again the tab "Format".
4) Do not forget "Format whole flash except Bootloader" !
