[How-To] HomTom HT3 Pro unlock bootloader & install TWRP

Hello Cleo,
I'm a newbie in all this, just wanna get my HT3 pro to have a longer battery life, so I started following your tutorial, but I got stuck at the beginning. I installed the ADB but I get a msg:
(bootloader) Start unlock flow
FAILED (remote:
Unlock operation is not allowed
so, what do you suggest?

Do you have enabled the "USB debugging" in "Developer options" ?
Do you have installed (in ADB 1.4.2) both adb & fastboot (press Y) ?

Yes I do, both, I entered fastboot mode, list command works just fine, its only when I try to unlock that it sais I cant.

Yes I do, both, I entered fastboot mode, list command works just fine, its only when I try to unlock that it sais I cant. Probably you are doing it wrong. Everyone was able to unlock bootloader.
My screenshots are proof that I was able to unlock the bootloader without any problem.
Try again to unlock the bootloader. If you won't be able to unlock it, try to flash the stock firmware on Needrom.

Probably you are doing it wrong. Everyone was able to unlock bootloader.

Thank you for the reply, I was hoping it was something common, but you are probably right, must be something I did wrong. I'll just try again from the beginning, it got to work eventually.
I can't wait to try your Galaxy S6 rom

Settings --> Developer options-->OEM unlocking (enabled).
Then, run Fastboot mode and unlock the bootloader.

hi cleo,
I stuck in the fastboot mode...
when I enter "fastboot getvar all" command prompt pop up waiting device..and it stuck there forever..
