What is the exact model and specifications of the device?
Is this a factory ROM, or has it been flashed?
If it has been flashed, I assume it is the "Galaxy GT-I9500 MTK6589" from NeedROM?
You can always try to reflash it from (all warnings apply!):

This ROM is for a device with 2GB RAM and 4GB ROM. Is that what you have? Also, do you know your (real) screen resolution/RAM/ROM?
The only place you can really start is on NeedROM - and that is by making a perfect backup of what you already have - then going through and hitting each and every ROM that "might" work, but since we don't know what you have already attempted (other than the linked ROM), it is kinda tough.

Yes already tried several more with no success: //
I think the change should be made in the source code!

How did this happen in the first place? Did your phone come like this from the seller? Or did it happen after you flashed a ROM?

Well, this makes far more sense, so this information helps.
Firstly, do you have the actual (real) specs of the phone? This is typical of flashing the wrong ROM, and I am assuming that you did not make a backup... but you will from now on. Right?? lol
Anyways, the first step is to figure out what you actually have - this includes the REAL CPU/screen resolution/RAM/ROM, etc. If it is rooted, you can get this. If it has fake "samsung" information, then you need to get around it to get to the truth of the matter.

Right off the top, I can say that it looks as if you flashed the incorrect ROM to this device.
It has been flashed for a 2GB RAM and 4GB device and you happen to have a 1GB/4GB - but at least it is a 6589.
Most of the information listed is fake out of the build.prop, etc.
Assuming you cannot get the correct screen resolution (or that what is listed is possibly true), your best bet is to begin on NEEDROM to begin picking through ROM's that are for a 1GB/4GB device.
The flashed ROM you have could be fixed with enough effort, but you are far better off getting yourself "back to zero" with the correct factory/compatible ROM. This may take a bit of doing, but your device is common enough that one of the ROMs there should work.
