Help Help me please (Touch and Wifi not work)

i have a phone called GuoPohne G9092 and have 2 problems

1- wifi is on and connected to my router but No internet access

2- Touch stuck and i have to close the screen and open it again from the power button ,Touch is clicking in random way.

the video i watched using an old version of the Flash program .. look at the interface of the current version i have just downloaded from needrom.com



its my 1st time to make a rom .. if i fail will i loss my mobile

Hi Guo Phone !

You are right ... the video-tutorial is about an old version of SP Falsh Tool ... but the method is the same ... I have posted you this video-tutorial because in this video you can see a window with the back of a phone (remove battery ... put battery) ... it is very important. There are no difference between old version and new version ... you have to load scatter file (clicking "scatter loading" ) and then you have to click on "download" (green arrow). Please don't forget to save pics/videos inside your phone (copy them into your microSD or into your pc) ... because when you flash a new ROM you lost all your personal files inside the memory of the phone.

"Download Only" ... and don't forget to remove the tick on "PRELOADER"
