Just my curiosity about the WCDMA 900 MHz support, plus I also want to test the stock MX56 ROM from another post by gizbeat, so I flashed it and it turns out that the WCDMA-GSM-900 is already there (enabled) in the engineering mode with no need of the 3G patch

By the way the patch is dealing with the NVRAM not sure if this is rewritten when flashing a new ROM at all. I am really wonder why they put WCDMA 850/2100 in the specifications of zp810...I need to test first but it should working if it shows that it is supported. Let's hope we will have JB 4.2 stable soon
Cheers!
Once I got my zp810 I will test it in a real WCDMA 900 network and will let you know...hope it will work.

HELLO FELLOWS,
I received my zp810 finally and it seems that it supports WCDMA 900Mhz (as also shown in the Band Mode). The operator I use is mostly WCDMA 900 and not that much WCDMA 2100. I still need to test it out of the city, but I am almost 100 % sure that it is WCDMA 900Mhz compatable. maybe if you know a tool that can show me to which kind of cell I am connected 900Mhz or 2100Mhz one I can give it a try.
Congratulations!

Thank you for reporting back Saafi. You must be on a carrier that absolutely only uses 900Mhz to know for sure. The engineering mode showing 900Mhz means nothing.
I will be very very surprised to find out this phone has 900Mhz WCDMA. I hate to be the glass half-empty guy, but there it is.

My friend bought this phone and not worked for him the 900 MHz WCDMA.
I'm using other services. The mine operator doesn't use the 900 MHz.
Are you sure work this?

I just ordered my zp810 but the network I use uses WCDMA 900Mhz and I am afraid that I will have issues with the 3G as per specific the phone is WCDMA 850/2100. By checking the band types of older zopos they do suppoer WCDAM 900Mhz
Greetings from Bulgaria.
I was using WCDMA 850/2100Mhz before and now is using WCDMA 900/2100Mhz, all with the same H7500+ . No problem at all.

You're connecting service is likely defaulting to 2100. To truly test 900 you NEED to be using a service provider that ONLY uses 900Mhz.
I'm sorry to be the bad guy here, but we can't let the rumor get started that this phone has 900 WCDMA, because in all likely hood, it doesn't.
