GPS and data problems, can downgrade to Android 4.3?

Hi,
My name is Billy and I have got also a clone Note 3 as follows:

Model number : SM-N9006
Andoid Version: 4.4 (it says...)
Version: N9006ZCUBMI3
Kernel: 3.4.5-526212
Build number: JSS15J.N9006ZCUBMI5
CPU Type MediaTek MT6572 x2 1.3 Ghz
RAM 4 GB

Several things don't work of which (most importants):
No Data - No 3G
No contacts google account sync. Not showed in Sync Menu.

Is it possible to go back to 4.3 Android and if yes how? Are there ROMs available for this model?

Any other suggestions to have at least these two points working?

currently there are no Android 4.3 or 4.4 china smartphones, it is fake.
unless you find the original ROM (ask the seller) you pretty much cannot do anything.
to have google integration you will probably need to root your phone.

For the data. You mean no data at all? Even 2g? Or only no 3g? If cheap clone, maybe doesn't have 3g, or maybe doesn't have the band of your carrier.

For the GPS, download Z-Device tester and see if it shows it as having GPS function. It will show with check or with X.

For problem with contacts sync. Well, you would need some sort of data or wife connection for that. Possibly try to install gapps. That should install all the basic google packages and apps. But you will need CWM made for your phone to install gapps. Not so easy with the MT6572 devices. But you can try with MTK droid tools. See the mtk tools section of this forum for mtk droid tools download.

In future, no offense, but really recommend you spend a few more dollars and buy a better known brand so can have some support. It's not worth saving $20-$50 to have a cheap no-name clone.
