Fix All Flash ROM Problems in My iNEW V3

*** Sorry for my bad English language. I hope my problems may help the same.
At First my phone is Android 4.2.2 and like to upgarde Android 4.4

*** 1 Install with CWM
- Reboot in Recovery Mode install the "KitKatROM", when complete reboot the phone.
- My phone was Kitkat 4.4 but have lose "EMEI" and "BASEBAND"
- Try to install back Android 4.2 but "BOOT LOOP" when reboot.

*** 2 install with SP Flash Tools.(Try to flash 4.4 Back to 4.2)
- Flash failed at 96% at any time I've try to flash back 4.2 with any ROM
- After flash failed, Computer see the divice is "ALCATEL Single RNDIS Interface" and can't power on the phone.
- After fix "ALCATEL Single RNDIS Interface" back to "MediaTek preloader USB VCOM" I can flash but only Android 4.4
- Flash Android 4.4 complete but problem with "EMEI" and "BASEBAND"

AND THIS IS THE WAY I FIX MY PROBLEMS
I've try to fix this problems with many line. but this is I've complete for me.

*** ALCATEL Single RNDIS Interface
- After phone can't power on pull battery off.
- Connect phone to PC I can hear sound and ,Device Manager see my phone as "ALCATEL Single RNDIS Interface"
- Click Update driver Manaul with this [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
- PC can see the phone as "MediaTek preloader USB VCOM"
- Ready to flash ROM with SP Flash tools.

*** lost EMEI and BASEBAND
- Download [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] Extract to folder
- In folder press Shift+RightClick select menu "Open Command Windows here"
- In Command prompt type
imei.exe <15digit_IMEI_1> <15digit_IMEI_2>
- It's create a file name "MP0B_001_NEW" then rename to "MP0B_001"
- Copy MP0B_001 and replace in /data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI/
- Reboot phone IMEI and Baseband will come.

*** Drivers for SP flash tools
- Download [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

I run imei.exe but it dos'n create an file!
I cannot find file like "MP0B.."

When I connect iNew v3 to pc in my computer it show drive :F...and when I click on that it show Please insert disk in to drive :F . And i can not use my storage to put MPOB_001 in NWRAM folder.

Use File Explorer with root permission on your mobile to put file.
