Did you try wipe cache, wipe data, wipe app preferences for your dialer?
Now you on CyanogenMod? If so and still if the problem is not fixed, maybe go back to stock ROM instead of CyanogenMod.

Hello
I have previously been a wipe and clear tried – unsuccessfully, same problem =
There are but just call rejectet without number
Since the service stopped every com.android.phone
at the same time, which is network coverage to the service start is interrupted
for the caller, a normal dial tone is first if I crash the service ok - confirmed busy signal
In the search on the Internet I came across similar problem - here the service was stopped but constantly com.android.phone
Interestingly, this problem a cyanogenmod ROM was 4.2.2
No, I have the original stock rom on the phone
I don't know whether there is a functioning costum ROM
and I can also no complete Rome (org without clockwork Secure stock ROM)
No cwm will be also difficult to play a costum rom

You will need a ROM made for your phone. Check iMobile to see if they have update available.

Hello
Do you have a link?
The current ROM (4.2.2) has a software update option
that says: its up to date
What do you think you could try a ROM from the Elephon P8 (4.2.2)

Sounds like corrupt /system, you never made a backup? If you have backup you should restore it.
If you use my scripts or work in your own scripts, your scripts or license should reflect that.

No, the ROM needs to be for your phone.
Try to factory reset and don't install any apps and see if the problem continues.
If a factory reset doesn't solve the problem, try to find if other people are having the same problem with your model phone.
If you can't find other people with that model, go to the shop and test the same model there.
