[CPA] New mobile theme (pics)

As of today we've engaged a new theme for testing.

All past donators will have the option to change their color and style.

All future donators of $10 or more will get the option.

Please note that when donating for this purpose, it may not always be this way. In other words, it's not guaranteed that the color change option will remain exclusive to donators of $10 or more forever until the end of time.

However, if you donate and the color change option becomes default for all users within 30 days of the donation, we can refund your donation if you request it.

For the next 24 hours (or so) the option to change colors and style will be available to all users while I code the permissions.

The theme should default to this mobile theme unless you set it otherwise in your user options.
