@TelegramSam :
I am sorry that you give back your Apollo Helio X25.
I have tried to do all my best to give you something good.
Not only for Vernee Apollo Helio X25,
but also for Apollo X Helio X20 and Thor E.
It is not my fault the lack of assistance from Vernee support team.
Please do me one last favor.

you said yesterday that the Apollo X25 is not garbage, but a good phone.
It would certainly be unfair to claim that the device would be garbage, so the comparison with the dead horse, which I pulled in a posting something further up above, is probably exaggerated. A lame horse is more likely to meet the facts. But a good phone is the Apollo X25 neither - even if it seems to be so, if you look at the inbuild equipment. A good phone requires a good operating system software, and that is missing until today.
This may be not unusual, as nearly all new devices have weaknesses and they need the participation of many users and developers to release and exploit the potential contained therein. Unfortunately, with the Apollo X25 this did not happen - unlike the Apollo light.
When I decided in January to buy the device, there was an active community for the Apollo light and a first Lineage 14 version for this device.
I expected the development of the Apollo X25 to be similar - and deceived me. Why this has come so, I do not know, but presumably most of the developers realized early, which enormous problems arise and then turned away to other devices.
Only you stayed and are left alone – somehow like the last unicorn (don't worry, this is only a tribute to Mark Bolan, just to please Sam).
I repeat what I already posted in an other forum: it is your merit that the device is usable at all, as this is not possible with the original Stock ROM without your modifications and without your bootshell script. However, your limits are reached. Let me draw another picture: the Apollo X25 is like an elevator in a building with only one floor. If you are the liftgirl, you can help the users to open the doors, to turn on the lights, perhaps (at least it is a flagship elevator) to listen to music (maybe even T. Rex) and to play a bit of VR on the cabin’s walls. But you cannot move the cabin, because there is no second floor.
To build this would be the first task of Vernee. At least they should provide you and the other developers with the necessary building material. As long as that does not happen, you are also caught on the starting level.
It is worth to be notified, that you do not want to give up the X25 (and it’s users), but I believe everyone would understand this.
And I also repeat: it is a pity that you do not support the LeEco Le2 and the Le3Pro. Here on chinaphonearena are the LeEco (LeTV) forums in deep sleep. There are large and active communities for these devices in the xda-developers-forums, but YOU are not there and I will miss you …
Maybe you're thinking about it again.
Best regards, best wishes
and many thanks for everything again
Chris
P. S.:
You and your mum are also always welcome here … (beware of the black dog)

@ Cleopatra
I was not registered on the vernee bbs until now and because of the restrictions they have there, I can post my impressions only after expiry of a probation time. I will try do it next weekend and hope, this is still ok for you.
The warning above is meant seriously, but incomplete. The dog will break your heart at first sight. Meanwhile I know, that everybody and everything at this place is dangerous, including the strawberry pies ...
Bless you too
Sam
