Android HD7000 won't boot up

Hello everyone nice forum

I have just registered today because my android HD7000 has a problem, the phone will not boot up anymore it gets stack in boot with triangle on the screen, I guess the firmware need updating I would like to know how to fix this problem and what tools do I need and the right firmware, thank you for your help.

I'm completely unfamiliar with that phone. Who is the manufacturer? It still runs gingerbread?

Can you try getting into the recovery screen? Try holding Vol_Down + Power while booting. If that works, you might be able to recover by just doing a factory reset.

Hi, I have tried that still end up with screen with the triagle.
