5GHz Wifi doesn't work

Just received my iNew V3 - came with the v1.06 firmware. 2.4Gz Wifi works ok, but it doesn't see any 5GHz Wifi (802.11n) networks.

Is this normal - I had thought that the V3 supports 5GHz Wifi, but maybe I am wrong?

It doesn't have 5ghz wifi.
I know they said that it does have it, in their advertisements. But in reality it is 2.4ghz
