Yes, with an externally charged battery. Battery charged to 4265. Discharge to 3400.
Auto brightness indoors in low lighting.
Most of the time was spent browsing the internet. Some chatting. Light YouTube play. No phone calls. WiFi running except when disengaged during deep deep sleep. Radios on 100%. Discharge approx. 25 hours.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

I agree that external charger is a must have.I managed with a charging in external charger to get a mix use of almost 6 hours!!! 2.30 hours 3g use,2 hours wifi browsing and 1,30 youtube video playlist via wifi
My battery was charged in external charger to 4250mv.From 10% to 0% battery went very quickly in about 5 minutes of use.
Excellent. 6 hours is very good. Especially with 2.5 hours 3G radio use. That's excellent. I wouldn't recommend letting it get to 0% though. mv shouldn't drop below 3400. When it starts to discharge extremely rapidly in the low %, it's time to shut the phone down ASAP.

Google fly iq446 3800, first result! The information come from a Russian forum, and has been reported in an Italian forum of which I'm member, so there isn't a direct verification!
The 3800mAh is defenitely fake, its impossible with that size to put 3800mAh in it.
And therefore, it fits probably in the iNew V3 but the given voltages for our battery is 3,8V with 4,35V max. The specifications on the battery above is 3,7V and 4,2V max but i'm not specialized in this industry so i can be wrong. ;)

In what way "it seems" to be compatible? Do you know Fly's battery dimensions? I'm trying to find dimensions either for the Fly's models or the Gionee's models for the last 2 hours, but can't find anything. It's really hard to tell from the pictures if it fits or not. Both width, height and depth must be identical (or a bit smaller which I doubt, but not a 1mm greater!), and also the metal power +/- connectors must be properly aligned to those of V3.

I see the battery on AliExpress, but can you also give us post links for these Russian/Italian forums? Thanks.

Yeah, I also suspect it's 3800 mAh, it's way too much for the battery volume. But V3 also charge to 4,2V (because of the bug), so that's not a problem. And the other 0,1V difference I think it would not be a problem.
