If you didn't order prior to February 9th, it most likely wouldn't have shipped until after the holiday. And the holiday really just ended on Wednesday.
Orders are backed up by the thousands due to 2 weeks of not shipping. Every Chinese holiday this happens.
The best way to get it sorted as quickly as possible is to post your order # and order date in the sponsor's forum that you ordered from and Admin will contact the sponsor to get it shipped ASAP.

I just recieved mine this week and must say a nice phone...And there was a wireless update that I did,and I think the problem with the "red" is fixt because don't see anything.
The batterylife... yesterday I used it for about 8hours and then I had to recharge it.
There is only one problem...I'm not able to root it. I've tried a few,but nothing. Is there somebody who has it done allready? Please advise then?
Oh,and I find the musiclevel rather quitely when you use headphone... the normal speaker is fine.

I tried a different earplug and it was much better, so it was the headphone...

Man, DHL rules. Kinda.
They texted me yesterday (Sunday) to notify me that my phone was scheduled for delivery today (Monday). If I wasn't going to be home, I could either leave a note or schedule to pick it up myself. Brilliant!
I opted for the latter.
They ignored my request.
Then they tried to deliver it to my apartment.
Then they tried to deliver it to my apartment again.
Then they left it with one of my neighbors.
Now, instead of going out and playing after work, I have to detour home and go knocking on my neighbor's door. For most people this would be an awesome convenience. But for me, since I'm hardly at home except for during the bizarre hours of the night, this presents a unique pain in the butt.
DHL, you tried so hard. You came SO close to being SO convenient. Then you totally messed up my night. Haha. Oh well. So it goes.

I can somewhat understand the request slipping through the cracks, but this is amazing they left it with your neighbors. Is that standard practice for them in you neighborhood?

I'm not entirely sure. I've only ever had that phone and some funeral flowers signed for by a neighbor. The phone was way less awkward.
In all seriousness, I live in a pretty safe community. I do most of my shopping online anyway and I'm never home, so I perpetually have boxes sitting on my doorstep at my apartment. It's never been an issue. I'm probably the sketchiest looking dude who lives there anyway. Haha.
Got the phone last night. I bought it for my dad. I took it to him around midnight last night. The system software immediately received it's first OTA update. We got it loaded with a few apps. All in all, it seems like a pretty solid phone. No complaints here.
