I've been using a G7 for just over a month now and I'm very impressed.
I did have trouble rooting the G7 but finally managed it using Gizbeats method.

So for the price I paid I'd say the only real disappointment I've had was the rooting issue which is now resolved.

Should you buy an Elephone?
I'd say yes as they are great value for money.

Elephone a great brand ? I agree completely! I have had a G7 for past couple of months, it has been great. OTA upgrade delivered & installed like clockwork last week, usually unless you have a weibo account you can never get upgrades, so WELL DONE Elephone. Great phones at great prices.
