[Tool] flex cable advise

ive cut through the main gold flex cable strip that runs under the sticker below battery and now phone wont charge or sound come out of it unless using headset/bluetooth but its a chinese clone mtk6589 version s4 mini ive sent photo showing what ive done don't ask as to how this happened lets just say was cutting something with a blade and it cut through it. ive just been to a shop and its the flex cable for the loud speaker and battery charger im going to get the full stats off it now

now i know ive probably put this on wrong forum as new to the site but any help is most welcome as phone was only out of box few days been rooted and new rom installed but like said if use headset/bluetooth sounds okay but i noticed that once i cut through it the menu/back button lights didn't come on and the battery won't charge all help welcome try so many sites but just don't get any response which i did expect a lot more help from.

Bummer, dude. That's a tough break.

Besides being an "S4 Clone" do you have any information on what the phone actually is? That is, who is the manufacturer and what is the actual model? There are a lot of legit Chinese phone brands out there, most of which have spare parts you can buy. Knowing what phone you have is going to be key in finding parts for it.

A lot of the guys here are big fans of external, universal battery chargers. They use clamps to hold the battery in place, then have movable prongs to align with your battery's posts. If you got one, you could use it to charge your battery as a workaround until you got the problem solved -- or until you got a new phone. But then again, if you're just getting a new phone anyway you might not want to spend money on a charger yet.
