Thank you for deeply clarification about sensor.
Sorry for trouble, is it possible to fix missing sensors which are present in first rom? Or must we wait Vernee for next upgrade?
Regards.

Dear bppjenil,
It is not my task to fix the Orientation Sensor & Magnetic Sensor bugs.
It is entirely the Vernee developers's responsibility.
I still do not understand why the Vernee developers have not yet fixed them.
How much longer are we going to wait ?
To be honest, I am pretty upset because these bugs.

In an attempt to apply pressure I have gone to the Vernee site
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
and created an account and then raised a ticket detailing the ROM version I am on and the bugs I have. Maybe if enough people complain they will do something.

I think you're a dreamer.
Vernee does not know the meaning of the words "customer service".
The company is not interested in the problems of its customers.
Even if it may be a bitter realization, I recommend you to look for a phone from a reputable manufacturer.

You are more than likely right but it is better to try.

Hi kommando,
if you have a look at the previous content of the Vernee BBS you will easily detect, that they never help. It does not matter which phone model is affected.
I had the pleasure of experiencing the Apollo X25.
Vernee does nothing for its customers. And the only reasonably active community I know is the one for the Apollo light.
Of course you can try, but believe me, you're wasting your time.
Good luck,
Chris B.
Now playing:
Alice Cooper - Dynamite Road
(Album: Paranormal, CD 1, Track 6, 2017)

Hi Sam,
thank you for giving reputation to my post.
As you block my messages, calls and mails, I already thought, I would not longer exist for you. I really would like to know, why you do so.
Kindly,
Chris

Hi Chris,
I can only partly agree with the content of your post. That's why it actually doesn't really deserve a reputation.
If I gave one anyway, it was just a tribute for listening to the new Alice Cooper album.
It is not true that there is no community for the other Vernee phone models. There is at least one very helpful and competent community called Cleopatra. Even if it's a one-person community, you can't ignore it.
Cleopatra helps everyone quickly and effectively - if she can.
Vernee does not help anyone - although they could (that's the part of your post I agree with you).
If you want to know why I am blocking your contact attempts, you can ask Kerstin. I happened to meet her two weeks ago at the Fashion Night and we talked about it briefly.
Kindly,
Sam
