As far as I know it is the official firmware. Give it another go, I just fixed the link.

Hello oldrusty. You need the recovery for your phone from this ROM?
If this is an SD update, it likely doesn't include recovery.img
If it's an SP Flash ROM, then just download and extract the recovery.img and scatter like you would with any normal .rar/.zip
