[Question] Touch Neken N6

Hi all,
I'm new here in the forum, I am holder of a Neken N6, which you emerged a problem, lost the touch in about 6.7 mm in the vertical margins of the screen? Installing a new Rom solve the problem? , or maybe it is something wrong with the touch screen the rest is functional in the touch.
I leave a video with pictures of the problem. Thanks for the help

try to flash your stock rom if you still have the same issue try custom rom if this didn't solve your problem then it's your touch screen

And don't forget to give your screen a clean in case there is too much finger oil there?

Thanks!Need Any Rom rom N6, is valid for my Neken N6? I have the Neken 1G, 16G? any particular rom or any rom is valid, the custom Miui, is valid?

Don't forget to post your CPU chipset.

If your phone is rooted I can see a CTR in the link kindly supplied by superuser590
claims to be for MT6589T and claims it should work for 1G /32 but tested on 2G/32

I had a chuckle when I saw someone claim they have a CWM Official
(I don't think so)

AFAIK ---makers of these devices do not supply custom Recoveries.

Today spend a great afternoon of nerves, install rom rom need the web, very fast finish installing, but said fine, then the phone no longer lit did nothing. Then you try SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1316.0.150 tube, and to get restore my previous backup, I lost my IMEI, and I touch MTKdroid to restore it.
Every night for the afternoon as the terminal end and was unable to check if the problem is Rom touch .. Forgive me. I'm trying to understand your posts. I think you're trying to say this:

1. Your touchscreen stopped working near the edges, as shown in your video.
2. You tried to flash a new ROM to fix the problem.
3. Flashing a new ROM resulted in your phone not turning on.
4. You re-installed your backup, and restored your IMEI.

I'm not sure what happened after that.

I can't help but think you're trying to solve a hardware problem by flashing software. What were you doing before the touchscreen stopped working?
