Hi....sorry for the long time.
Yes, i tried the steps you told me. Same. I again checked with my service provider. Strangely, they tell me that my handset is definitely 3g compatible. BUT.......the model number shows HASEE H45. I have a HASEE X50 TS. H45 is MT6572 whereas, X50 is MT6592. Maybe this is the problem? I know this can be frustrating, but i'm sure that it was working on WCDMA-H+ in china. Definitely not GSM-2G.

can you run PC with mtkdroid tools and post a screen shot

a number of members find their reported cpu are fake
no guarantee your is....but it would explain why models differ

unfortunately I am not a manufacturer so they might cripple it by hardware or by firmware.

Can you confirm that you did a check with them with sim in both slots pls?

back to your true specs.....I still claim you have UTMS = 3g but only on 2100

and you need to check that box and do a full reboot

with network selected as WCDMA only

I am not sure what you are intending.

Are you suggesting you are going to change your modem firmware to see if it changes your WCDMA status?

if so, I have no experience at it. Based on Sniper47's posts the answer is you will fail.
