I have had my phone for a couple of days now and have been very impressed with it so far.
Only problem I have had with it is getting the GPS to get a position, it gets a couple of sats but not enough to get a position.
Has anyone else had this problem ??

Hi pmk,
have you already checked the GPS Settings? ("Personal" -> "Location Services", then tap "GPS-Satellites" (the Text, not the Switch!)). I had to enable all options (A-GPS & GPS EPO-Assistance, then go to EPO-Settings, enable "Auto-Download" and tap "Download" at the bottom). Also I used the "GPS Status" app to download the A-GPS data. After that my GPS worked very well.

I can confirm what tT0b3 said.
My GPS didn't work, but then I miss-clicked the on/off switch in "Location Access" and I found a whole lot of new settings to adjust. Activating A-GPS and EPO-assistance did the magic necessary and my GPS is now working.

Did not realise there were options behind the switch !!! (wonder how many of the other switches have hidden settings)
Have now set up both A-GPS & GPS EPO-Assistance and the GPS sat map now shows the sats on it but still no position lock so must be missing something .......
Which GPS Status app are you using to download the A-GPS data, maybe that has not downloaded yet ?!?

Download 'Faster GPS' from Play. Set your location
Download GPS Test
In GPS Test settings, set it so the screen doesn't turn off
Sit your phone outside for 15 minutes and come back to it.
A-GPS and EPO can help get a faster lock, but you should be able to lock with them off as well
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

I didn't download "Faster GPS" or "GPS Test", but it took a while to download. About 1-2 minutes tops, though. Not too bad compared to some.

Faster GPS (root required) sets your location so it immediately knows what set of satellites to try and pair with. GPS Test shows what satellites you're connected to and what the SNR is.

Excellent. You should get a faster lock now after that initial lock.
