Correct me if I´m wrong, you just installed that new gps.conf and now you have dead-on accuracy?
I had that installed too and it didnt work very well.
My main complain is the same problem as you had, on google maps, location jumps all over the place
I see some improvement.
I wouldn't say it's perfect all the time, but Waze at least is usable.
I am still waiting to see pix on this thread of an aluminum foil antenna that can improve lock (fix is not an issue; I have fix). From what I understood, antenna needs a very specific length. I wouldn't make any modification to hardware that is A) reversible and B) aesthetic (i.e. nothing that needs the back off or anything...)

I made an upgrade to the antenna that gives me 3 to 4 more snr. Now I get some satellite signal strength with 40/41.
I took me alot of time to make it work as it needs to be in the rigth position, 1mm away and it dont work, 2mm can make signal loss. I used a aluminium foil with about 20mmx1mm glued close to the screw on the gps module and ending close to the headphones plug.
You can play arround with a aluminium strip and you´ll see what work best for you. If you want MORE signal glue it like an antenna in a way that came out of the phone and see what appens.

I installed this rom v3_inew_v1.0.8_GPS-Fix_MNShop.cz (GPS Fix, Root, CWM), and GPS and the navigation with Sygic is very very well.
It was good already with the 1.0.4 rom, but now is better.

I was a bad GPS signal,
Then I adjusted the settings (set your location) etc.,
and I got a 4.5 Stellite
Today I glued it to amplify GSM signals: D
Today I tested, so I'll tell you the result;)
I'm sorry that my bad English spelling!
I use google translator

Interesting Item, but how much did it improved your signal?
On GPS Test, for exemple, how much before and after on average your signal raise?

Also, is there transparent film between the golden strips or not, because I see the sticker covers the secondary microphone.

Thanks for the warning on the microphone! I did not notice it; (
I am now down below the label.
I'm not sure kolko works,
when I was in an apartment on the balcony I caught 4-5 satellites
I put the sticker and went to sea (open sky ful)
I had a 7-8-9 satellites for 1minute.
1.treba renew EPO file
Set your region
If then you do not have progress, then this will not help!

The reviews on the seller's shop site - half of them call it a fake which doesn't work, that's why I asked if you are certain it works. I don't mind buying it - it's very cheap - but it's a long wait for it to arrive so I wondered whether it really make a difference.
