while flashing a new rom , people end up bricking their phone or getting numerous types of errors. usually it's because they don't have all the needed drivers installed.

here you go. you need these drivers and flashtool to flash roms on your inew v3
here's the download link :

unpack it with "Winrar"
FIRST go to driver folder
unpack those 3 files.
install all of them

UPDATE :
for some users , preloader driver is also necessary , so here you go. download and install this driver too:

then go back and unpack sp flashtools.
now you are ready and sp flash tools recognize your phone

while you are on that step that you have connected your phone to pc, install the preloader driver.
if it didn't work, install all the other drivers as well
remember, everytime you flash a new rom on your phone , you must install the drivers again. although theya are installed on your pc, but they need to be reinstalled.

oooooooook, so i managed to get the pdanet drivers to finally install on my computer, and now i have YunOS ACB interface in my device manager BUT when i turn off the phone that goes away and hence SP flash tools will not flash it for me :/

dear all,
i installed pda drivers, but the sp flash tool says searching and does not make contact.
i bypassed it and put the 1.08 update zip on sd card and mounted with mobile uncle tool and CWM 6.0.4.4. Updated through the recovery rom and the update went fine it said, however when starting the screen, it just shows the Inew logo. Tried updating with version 1.07 - but got the same result. Did factory reset - but it did not help.
What can i do? Should i Try with version 1.0.1 again? pls help me unbrick my phone...

Hi to the forum,
I tried flashtool on 3 different PC and one Laptop with absolut fresh installed Win7/32
but no success on any of them. Flashtool does not recognize the phone when powered off at all!!
If power is on i see internal SD card and external SD card.
I can flash Samsung devices with ODIN, Hannspad with NVflash, but no luck on any MTK device.
I surrender and wait for a Custom ROM, wich i can flash through CWM recovery!!

i feel ur pain fmcheetah, but i think i should let you know that there are a few "update,zip" files available for a few roms, i came accross one for 1.04,
1.04 lewa (custom rom)
MIUI beta rom
and not sure if it works (my preloader doesnt work with it i think?) a 1.08 update.zip
have a look around, cant remember wehrer i saw them, the lewa was on the 1.04 lewa post on this forum, Best of luck

Sorry danyno1, this is absolutely untrue. What lead you to this belief? Whatever it was, it's false. Through all the many MTK phones I've owned (including iNew v3) and between the hundreds of ROM flashes, have always used the same drivers and never reinstalled them

cheetah, have u tried the PDAnet drivers or the auto driver pack? Also try both MTK Flash Tool and SP Flash Tool. They are all downloadable in the MTK Tools Forum here.
