Allcall rio no touch after flashing ROM

Hello all,

I recently bought an allcall rio from gearbest but it arrived with some bloatware (google admob) which made the phone terribly slow. Because i had some experience flashing roms on my OPO I tried to flash a ROM that I found on allcall forum (in which they said was updated and didn't contain any bloatware). I followed their tutorial but touch became unresponsive so now I have to use an optical mouse with OTG cable in order to operate the phone. Later I tried to flash again another ROM, an older one that i found on needROM site but somehow ended having to de-solder the battery to flash "official" rom again. After flashing this last ROM, I was able to use the phone (with optical mouse only) and applied the OTA update available hoping that would solve the touch problem, but it didn't.

This is a MT6580A based phone, with android 7.0.

The sad part is, it probably wasn't slow because of AdMob, but because it's MT6580 with 1GB RAM. Just not enough if you want a smooth Android.

And I guess it will be very difficult if not impossible to get the touch back. Some sensitive basic driver area was formatted or written over. Likely by AllCall's crap ROM job.

It's possible to maybe get it back, but it will require a ROM from AllCall that writes the appropriate area with the correct driver.

Indeed allcall has done a crappy job with this ROM (and phone). I have already tried to talk with allcall but they replied only once in which they say to flash the latest rom provided in the website... 

What if try to flash custom recovery and rom? won't it write all drivers needed?
