[Request] Bluboo Dual very big problem

Hello
I have bluboo dual for a few days and all the time problems but now it's already a bend. At first when I got the phone I downloaded the update (OTA) to version 3.04 unless and while charging the phone stopped charging, helped restart the phone. Today, the power button stopped working on the phone. The phone on top of me has discharged and I can not even turn it on. Is it a software fault? How to load some software now, since I can not enter Vol + and POWER mode which does not work? PLEASE HELP MUCH HELP
