hey @Cleopatra
hope you are well....well i figured out why my recovery.img has no files in the ramdisk folder after unpacking and a big thanks to @HypoTurtle over at XDA for helping me out....the version Carliv image kitchen you have listed in the OP is v1.1 and i have now downloaded v1.3 and this seems to have done the trick.....here is a link to v1.3 if you feel the need to update the version in the OP

Please open a new thread about your phone.
I have to tell you some important things about it.
Your phone is very problematic for many people on the net.
But (maybe) I have found the twrp.

Hi !
"11) Copy the custom recovery.img (the TWRP that you want to port for your device) and paste it into "recovery-resources" folder".
It is clear what it means :
You have to find a phone compatible with your phone on the net.
That phone must already has a twrp.
You have to port that twrp into your phone.
Regards

I have following the instructions and downloaded a latest general twrp and port to my own twrp with orginal factory stock recovery.img. I failed to flush with original scatter file/
it is strange that april version can be rooted with kingroot. June Version cannot be rooted. It seems not easy to restore gapps on this phone even if it is rooted. what version of GApps (arm or arm 64 bit)
Regards,
Thomas
