i am waiting for CWM version, meanwhile, what have i got to do? i have made a backup of NVRAM with MTK Droid Tools, but you said we need to use SPFlash version first as partitions have changed and also for kitkat recovery, how can i do it?
how much time will it take to complete the upload?

No problems, I shall write a more throughout guide when everything is uploaded.
If you are coming from jellybean rom . Download the SPFlash version i provided. Extract anywhere . Load up SPFlashtool and select the extracted scatterfile .
Choose upgrade or format option in spflashtool .
This will update you to KitKat with the new drivers and also the new recovery .
You are now on kitkat with new partition and everything should work,
Now you are ready to flash custom roms, Put the CWM version i am uploading onto either internal storage or sdcard , (SD Preferred) and enter recovery by restarting phone holding the Volume Up key .
Once in recovery, Select Wipe and do a factory reset. Then select install, and choose cwm file . Easy
You can restore your IMEI without issue on KitKat , If you need anymore help, or not sure of something just ask, I will help you every way i can
The problem coming from jellybean to kitkat with just a CWM file, is permisions wont set correctly on older versions of cwm , This is why i include a custom TWRP with spflash version, This is designed for kitkat

Wilsey where do you intent to upload the ROM? needrom? Or Google drive?
still 1.0.1 !!! Thats unreal !
The spflash version is uploaded already to gmail, the CWM version is uploading as i type, both on gmail but i will post on needrom. Jellybean users will need to use SPFlash version first as partitions have changed and also for kitkat recovery .
Kitkat users with TWRP can just flash cwm file as normal
Great! Yeah 1.0.1 sounds ancient right? I updated my previous phone (Newman N2) so many times. I didn't want to flash the inew all the time.
I hope my 1.0,1 isn't too old to directly update to Kitkat. (it isn't right? Or do I need to upgrade to 1.0.8 first?)
Actually.... i might just wait a bit till a Kitkat MIUI version for the V3 is released. But I'll know it started with you guys

I think when i bought mine it came pre installed with 1.0.8 .
1.0.1 has a different partition layout if i remember correctly, this changed in 1.0.4 , But upgrading directly shouldn't be a problem .
For MIUI you should poke lelluh81 , Now that kitkat has been released for all he has no excuse

Wilsey, thank you for your work, I've tried to flash you SPFlash version of 1.0.13 and it works great on nt35512, only problem is that I can't get into the recovery - when I try, the phone reboots. Don't you know where can be the problem?
