all of your personal files on internal storage , your Conacts, your sms , apps ,... everything will be deleted after flashing every rom.
so if there's something you need to back up, do it before reading the rest of this thread.

to back up your baseband files and nvram , you must use Mtk droid tools. which is a software that you must install on your pc. (you can search this forum and there is a tutorial on how to back up rom with this software.)

here I just tried it:
first I only turned on gps. and after almost almost 40 seconds I had this :

and then I turned on my wifi too (for faster location finding ) after almost 20 seconds I got locked and connected gps

try again outside of the home. and for the first time wait a couple of minutes.
test with "gps test" app
