You probably be responsible for all of the shipping costs. That would be rare for a Chinese shop to pick up the costs.
They should be replacing the phone though since it was broke from start. But they normally will do as much as possible to deter the sending it back.
Did you think they would just send new one and you keep the bad one too? or?

Bought Phone for 130 euro income tax 30 euro now the extra cost shipping and again income tax 60 euro that makes 190 euro

That's not how the RMA procedure goes. Even in the western world. You will for sure have to pay out of your own pocket to send it back to them, but they will pay all repair costs (if covered by the warranty - ie. not you fault). 60 euros is indeed much to pay for a package that weigs less than 0.5kg, so if I were you, I would check some other postal services. I know it differs from country to country, but if it happend to me, I would have to pay about $15, which is way more acceptable. Other thing is how much will you wait for it to come back. Don't count it will be so soon. According to what I've been reading and seeing over the years, if DHL is not an option, it could be two, even three months, depending on the repair being done. With DHL it would be much faster, but I still wouldn't hold my breath. Anyway, keep us posted on how it goes...

At a similar situation I sent a phone from Greece to China for replace.
I sent only the phone (what is the point to sent the whole package there?) covered with foam plastic in an envelope and the postage fees were 9,00 euro for registered mail.
The point is that you have to wait about 1 - 1,5 month, until you get your phone back.
At my case (from Aliexpress) I got a deal with the seller. We agree to this. I bought another phone (and I paid for it normally) and I sent back the broken one. And when he will receive the phone (if it was under warranty) we would refund to me the money from the second phone.
This way I reduced the waiting time to 15-18 days.

Hello to all, unfortunately, I too can not charge the batteries, I purchased the phone on 1949deal, after he sent a video I'm still waiting for an answer ...
I noticed that some was able to charge the battery with an external charger, where you purchased the charger?
Thanks

I realized that if I use the phone at the same time it is charging with charger on the wall, the battery voltage doesn't go to 100% charged, even the battery is completely charged, but the battery is draining when I used it with charger.
If I turned off the smartphone or even turned on and plugged to the charger but I am not using it, I can get charged to 100%.
Did someone else see if this behavior happens with your smartphones?

In my case...Charger can push battery to 88%, but after this level my phone get's charged to 100% in 1 or 2 minutes. Rmsalles, in first and second case in your post, charging of my phone is the same.

Moreover with two batteries failing, so I would say it's something on the motherboard that is malfunctioning. You could get away with external battery charger, but it won't look good when you decide to sell the phone. If I were you, I would send it for warranty. If it's possible.
Hello, where you bought the external charger?
thanks
