Strange. Mine shows as 8MP only if preview size is standard(4:3). It will becoming 6MP when preview changed to full screen.

Just tested it and he is right. Switching the preview to 4:3 gives back the option to take 8mp photos. i guess the Sensor is 4:3, so when using it in 16:9 it has to crop part of the photo, limiting you to 6mp

The same with me....the sensor is 3:4 most of the sensors are 3:4

I usually shoot at 1mp anyway.

a little scary at start up but working like charm.

Hi Gizbeat,
I had an issue with this ROM. Using WLAN or 3G phone becomes hot on left side near camera. Perhaps it has to do with SDCARD. After changing ROM to new 4.2.1 stockrom from Zopo everything works fine.

Interesting... People in some forums are saying the opposite. They're experiencing extreme temperatures with the new official 4.2.1
I used this Jaynes ROM for a couple weeks, wifi on 24/7 and never felt it get warm.

You're right. With stock rom it's the same. Is it possible that drivers aren't working correctly. If switch off 3G and Wifi Battery works for three or four days. I think it's not the function of Wifi and 3G to keep the phone warm or hot.
