[Question] shuts down...?

Hi all...

My Star S5 mtk6589T sometimes shuts down by itself, and I can't even start it up again unless I pull out the battery... Dodgy

My wife is late for work this morning because of that, my phone's alarm didn't wake us up, damn...

I don't know if it's a black screen or if it has shut down somehow, but I tried calling the phone and it does'nt ring, it's unreachable...
When I have taken out the battery and reinserted it, I can start the phone back up again and it works as usual. The battery is even full, when I have restarted it...

This has happened a few times now, can anyone tell me why, or have others encountered this...?
