I find that answer from Banggood to be terrible customer service. You should have a 1 year warranty and they should replace the phone at their cost, not make you feel responsible or expect you to wait for some ridiculous amount of time to have it repaired; Per their own . You need to keep pushing them to replace the phone and demand they pay for the shipping cost. If you wish to pay extra for DHL in order to minimize time without phone, that's your choice. You may have to fight with them, but don't give up. You should either get a replacement phone or full refund... do not settle for anything less!!!
