[ROM] Vernee Apollo X - STOCK ROM and TWRP

Hi Chleo,
I have just flashed the stock ROM, as far as I can tell it flashed okay.
I then flashed the new TWRP, which again seemed to flash okay but when I try and get in to TWRP recovery by pressing Vol Up + power it doesn't take me to recovery, I get the android robot on his back with a red triangle with a black exclamation mark with the following: No Command, I then have to hold the power button to get out of it.

What have I done wrong and can you help please
