2) Unrar the rar. Run “adb-setup.exe”. Hit “Y” to all 3 questions.

3) Navigate to C:\adb folder

4) Hold down the shift button on your keyboard, then right-click in empty space onto ADB folder,
then select "Open command window here" to open the CMD command terminal.

5) Type the next command :

fastboot devices (and hold down Enter)

Just in case it will does not work ... try the next commands :

adb devices (and hold down Enter)
