If you do hard reset, you lose chamelephon apk.
You are the first that have IMEI problem after the installation of my VIBE.
Please follow my suggestions (Install my stock mod).
After the installation, verify your IMEIs.
If everything will be ok, reboot in twrp recovery.
Then, make a backup of NVRAM (nvram only) into your microSD.
Then, reinstall my VIBE.
Then, reboot into twrp recovery.
Then, restore the NVRAM backup.
Then, reboot into normal mode.
Then, verify if everything will works well.

However, I do not understand why you are so devoted to my VIBE

it is not a matter of devotion in your Vibe.
On this article, it is written that this is the best rom so far (you said it )

What i have done and this happened is this

1. installed vibe rom
2. i was putting sim the wrong way the other way round, so i thought the rom had issues so i brought the Homtom Factory Rom back
3. After this, i am receiving "Invalid IMEI" messages

a. when you say "stock mod" which one ?
b. what has happened and the IMEIs are lost? and how can they be written permanently?
c. by the way. how is the camera issue in Vibe? are you reaching a solution?
