1) Run SP Flash Tool,
2) Click on the tab "Format",
3) Select "Auto Format Flash",
4) BE SURE THAT "Format whole flash except Bootloader" is selected,
5) Click on "Start".
6) Then, try once again to flash the firmware (Download Only).
