If you're already on Elephone_M3_A_20160510 then only need to flash system.img and you won't loss data or anything else.

See this tutorial for how to flash. Deselect everything except Android (system.img)

Is there any other solution to root this phone ? Apk or pc program?
Unfortunately not. 5.1+ MediaTek generally requires flashing a TWRP or pre-rooted ROM.
