Needrom is your best bet.

Most of those devices (Samsung clones) are typically HDC or Star. Be very careful when selecting ROM's - matching of the processor, screen size/resolution, and RAM/ROM size are very important! Make sure they match exactly or you will probably brick your device.

If you have already soft bricked it, then make your list of ROM candidates and go for it.
