Just because using a 2A charger, doesn't mean the phone will charge at 2A. It's up to the phone and how much juice it can accept.
But even with only 1A, it should be charging in about 5 hours. It could be that the phone only accepts .5, which sounds crazy in 2016. Let's see if someone else has the phone can confirm.
Hi just to confirm the phone shipped with a 1.5 amp charger I just tried a 1 amp charger I had lying around I wanted to raise this question to see if others with the same device have this problem so we shall see. What you're suggesting makes sense so possibly Oukitel have set the device up wrong and its only taking 500mah?
I have found this from Oukitel about Oukitel K4000 vs Oukitel K4000 Pro
"K4000 is carrying a 5V/1A normal charger, takes 3-4 hours to be fully charged. K4000 pro is carrying a 5V/1.5A quick charge charger; you can charge K4000 pro within 3.5 hours."

So probably it is some problem. Can be main board or the USB board, or the USB cable, or adapter which you already tried different ones.
I guess you tried different cable...And different outlet?
