Worker grateful if you hung the vKB012A for download to test whether this version can revive my tablet or you can confirm that vKB019E is valid for the plate K107-MB-V3.0 (09.30.2015).
I flashed my tablet(K107-MB-V3.0 (09.30.2015)) with vKB019E and vKB004C. They both work. The main rule is to use right scatter-file.
