Hello Cleo,
unfortunately problem is still here. I try connect my phone on three diferent PC's with three OS (win 10, 8.1 and 7) and same thing are on all three. Mtk driver is installed but comunication between PC and phone is interrupted every second. In device manager on PC, mtk preloaded usb shows and missing every second and because of that SP flash tool can't communicate with phone.
