This will help you install drivers for flashing your smartphone on Windows 10

Click your Start button or press the Windows Key, then select "Settings"
Select "Update & Security"
Select "Recovery" then "Restart now"
Once your Computer has rebooted, select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced" > "Startup Settings". The computer should then reboot again.
Select "Disable driver signature enforcement"
