hi, welcome to chinaphonearena!

you will need to flash your stock rom.
this is the supposed stock rom for A9+ v4.0.4 [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
does it sound right?
use SP Flash Tool to install the ROM.
Please see this tutorial as a guide [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register], and feel free to post back if you run into any problems. good luck!
