[Tutorial] Ranpha how to create CWM MTK6595, MTK6582, MTK6589, MTK6589T, MTK6577

Hi just wanting confirmation of a few things before i get to flashing this on my phone

I downloaded the stock rom for my phone uhappy up520 (mtk 6582)

Looking in the scatter that comes with the ROM (doesnt open with mtk droid tools)
The recovery shows this

After a bit of googling i think the recovery partition is 16mb if this is true does it matter what size the CWM Rcovery comes out at after building. Mine was about 6.8mb?

If im wrong will the recovery i have buillt fit in the above partiton
