unfortunaly you can do nothing.try to find some simillar rom.for SRS you must have inserted battery.it's only way flash rom but in this moment i realy can't help.sorry

by the way.. is it possible to install adb shell in my PC even my phone is dead? I like to try it, then if it still wont work then........... I guess I run out of luck

There are 2 steps that I suggest you to do:

THE FIRST STEP (fundamental) is to try different versions of drivers for Windows:
1)MTK65xx_ADB_USB_Driver_2012.08.27_v3

3)MTK65xx_USB_VCOM_Drivers_XP-Vista-Windows7_1.1.23
4)MTK65xx_USB_VCOM_Drivers_XP-Vista-Windows7_1.5
5)MTK6589_PdaNET_ADB_VCOM_Drivers
6)pdaNET_4150.zip
7)PDAnet-64bit.zip
REMEMBER to disable driver Signature Enforcement on Windows 8.

THE SECOND STEP (that I've just told you):
The first time that I've tested "SRS One Click Android Root v4.7", it has given me your same error.
At the third attempt, finally it worked very well. I invite you to try several times.

I have tried the second step.. almost 20 times... did you see my screenshot? what do you think?

do you think my device is correctly recognize by my PC? or it has to be namd ANDROID DEVICE?

if i do your first suggestion.. do I have to uninstall every driver that I installed before trying the next one? thanks a lot!
