This tutorial suggests you might need to install (flash) your boot animation through recovery. Since you already have CWM on there, it should be pretty easy to do:

However... before you go mucking around.... If you haven't backed up your phone yet PLEASE DO IT NOW. Because you have a Clone Phone that's not identifiable, it will be hard to find a suitable backup for it if things go south. Additionally, in case in the future you have any software problems with your phone and need to flash black to when it was clean, now is the time to take that snapshot.

Also, you might be the very first person to have ever done this particular task with this particular phone. Someone in the future might not be as wise as you, brick their phone, and come begging to this very thread for your backup if you have one. Hehe.
