Huwaei Y330 seems to be a MediaTek device. MTK Droid Tools should be able to give you substantial information on your phone. You can download that from here:
Just connect your phone to PC, install VCOM Drivers, and your phone should be recognized.
For CWM, you can build your own. I suggest you do this method
You will be making a complete ROM backup in the process. At the end, it will give you the option to create your own CWM.
When Droid Tools creates the patched recovery for your phone, you then use SP Flash tool to install it. Then you will have your CWM recovery.
