Wich battery fit on iNew V3

The Doogee Dagger battery is much bigger than iNew V3 battery. There's no modification you can do to make it fit in iNew v3. iNew have a higher capacity battery for the upcoming V3A/ V3 plus but it only has 20mah more capacity. The V3 plus should have a 1850mah battery.

I don't think you can notice any improvement with such a small increase but I'm sure it will fit in the V3 because both phones have exactly the same chassis.
