@cabalo thanks so much for this post, man! I was just looking into doing this last night for my girl's phone, but didn't get time to do the backup and try it out.

I'm hoping specifically that the UnToaster module will work with the V8. I'll have to give it a shot next time I get a chance. Presuming she's willing to let me borrow her phone.
